Benflux is a technology company building software products for businesses, with a focus on conversational AI and the tools companies need to run on top of it. FluxChat — the product you're using right now — is Benflux's AI customer-support and engagement platform: a chatbot trained on a business's own data, deployable on a website or through a widget, with a dashboard for the team behind it to configure, monitor, and take over conversations.
FluxChat is built for teams across microfinance, healthcare, e-commerce, education, and hospitality — sectors where customers expect fast, accurate answers and businesses don't have the staff to answer every question around the clock.
